I understand what you are saying, no idea why Halloween is universal dress like a slut day but it is...some girls do set themselves up so agreed they shouldn't bitch. Personally I might wear a short dress nothing so short or so tight that it will make me uncomfortable or make me look like I belong at a Playboy party.
