I have attended a lot of the club246 dj competitions in the past, and the people that seem to do best are mostly the ones with good attitudes. I remember one guy that came in with a great attitude who lost in the first round, took some advice on what he did wrong, worked on his stuff at home, and then came back. He lost again, did the same thing, and won the round (on the third try)!
The real thing about the competition is, it's not if you win or lose, it's how you play the game. Meet lots of people, be yourself, have a good time, and you'll get gigs from the contacts you meet. Easy peasy. |
the problem with dj contests is that they compare apples and oranges (different genres)
