Don't give up! Prayers in numbers do wonders! My co-worker had pneumonia, had been in ICU for way more than 1 month, was on a respirator and in a coma. Everyone thought she wasn't going to make it cuz she couldn't breathe on her own and she wouldn't wake up.
She's been breathing on her own now for the last 2 weeks, is awake & now talking and out of ICU.

Don't give up! I will continue to pray for your brother, you & your family and send lots of positive vibes.
