I'm glad you started this thread. You are absolutely correct about UK djs and producers.
Be aware however that there some cheesy producers from the UK as well. Paul Oaknfold has bee on the cheesy side for a while. But the biggest spinner of cheese from the UK has got to be Mr Judge Jules!!

I love all the great Dutch dj's, but Germany and the UK have great ones too! So let's bury the hatchet, shall we?

And Scooter has made lots of great trance tunes, no cheese at all. They're just on the albums, not on the singles that you guys probably know.

In this post, DJ Mikey Mike has committed a textbook "Missing The Point" fallacy. This, however, was not the case. Eugene never asserted that uplifting was cheese. He asserted the opposite, twice!

I hope this clears things up. It just appeared there was a serious misunderstanding of what Eugene was saying in the first place.
