Is there any other DJ who does this? (Remix/rework almost every single track he plays?) I mean- Politics of Dancing floored me because he remixed/reworked _every single track_ of that mixset. PvD is truly a phenomenal DJ.

Dj with self produced Mix Album

Yeah,

In the Drum and Bass genre there is DJ Aphrodite.

He produces all the songs in his mixed CD.

His new CD AfterShock

Worth a listen.

Oh, you just made my day - reminded me of that!!! I was waiting for Paul to sign my pictures of him from "Radiate" (I was in the front row on that event trying to push Amit out of my way ) Amit probably remembers me (I'm the big dude trying to push you away from my center spot)...

Anyway, so here I was waiting for Paul to sign my pics but he went to the left side of the booth... Everyone bumrushed the place to get his autograph. The right side, where I was standing up front was empty. I was tired and a bit dismayed at the shortness of his set and didn't expect anything to happen out of my waiting. But next thing I know Paul is right in front of my face and reaching for my pictures (I had 3) and gives me that look: "You want me to sign all three???" so I nod "yes" (I couldn't even speak) and hands them back to me!!!! WOW!!! That just made my year, talk about x-mass present! Anyway, I remember that night and realize that I shook hands with the man that most of the fans don't even get to see up close an personal. It was just awesome... I waited for over a year and attended almost every event by PvD - it paid off! Next goal - picture with PvD, Armin, Ferry and I can retire!
