if you are that active I am sure you can get creative with your workouts, you know better than anyone else how your style of play can sink if don't have the stamina to play out a long point or dig yourself out of a hole so if I were you I would do that running thing...sprints too. Free weights in your room, push ups, chin ups, lunges, get a ball and do every type of crunch you can think of, use the ball while doing push ups/back extensions/wall sits/etc, maybe jump some rope. You don't really need a lot of power...I don't know, you seem pretty serious about tennis so might be helpful meeting with a real trainer once to go over some stuff.
