It sort of reaffirms my suspicion that little part of the world between the boarder and Coffs Harbour is a crappy place to both live and invest in. HRH loves Coffs, I think it's a dump and won't live there, we both like Port Maq though... well I like it because there's big money there in real estate but I think almost anywhere is better than Sydney of late.

lol i grew up in the sticks too. not as bad as yourself though. we didnt have no farm but there was nothing for about 10miles for the longest time.

Port Macquarie is quite nice, though I haven't been there in quite a few years now. Pretty much anywhere up (or down, in my case) the coast is going to be good for real estate. Even if you become a hick!
