Yea, drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit. Apparently eating fruit like 30 minutes before your actual meal (lunch or dinner) is supposed to be most effective. I always try to eat some fruit, whether it be apples, strawberries or whatever. It gets my metabolism going.

I used N.o.-Xplode, it works really good got me really big, but once you come off of it you notice a large decrease in size.

sounds similar to the effects of creatine monohydrate. BUt i guess you would probably get more solid muscles with the explode. since its increasing vascularity.
