I'm dead serious and I hope you mean that this issue and the complaining is pathetic and not my post (otherwise F U 2 j/k). Ferry spins an 8 hour set and some people's reviews are "I had a shitty night because it was so packed". That's soooo disappointing for me to hear...

So we have a forum with hundreds of members, a large # of whom go to Guv on a regular basis. If TA organized itself and sent a collective note to Charles, maybe he'd listen...if he doesn't, then you can either put up with it, you can not go, or you can go to the authorities (and get run out of town when they shut the place down one night in the middle of a party, lol).

whatever...I don't even know why I care so much that so many people complain...I guess I'm mostly disappointed that a night of Ferry was overshadowed for so many people because of the crowd. I'll guess I'll just continue to go and enjoy my nights there. Sorry for suggesting that you guys try to actually DO something about an issue that clearly bothers you quite a bit.

I wouldn't believe that the people who run the club ever even show up in the main room. They're probably sitting somewhere in the VIP area, sipping on their martinis, talking business, you know, whose gotta be "shanked" tomorrow, while thinking "look at these kiddies having fun down there, thats some good cash were making" etc... People who own clubs are usually involved all kinds of dirty business - drugs, brothels, wringing money etc, it's pretty stupid to think that if you "ask them nicely" they'll actually do something about it. Best thing to do would be to write a petition to the fire departament, anyone up for that..............?

In case a fire starts sometime, and cos of the place being overcrowded this forum ends up missing a few happy faces who got stampeded, I just might be the one laughing at your funeral (knock, knock, knock)

That's where you're dead wrong. Charles is always around and walking the main room - or even outside when its cold in the winter checking up on staff or what not. While I agree it was WAY TOO OVERCROWDED last week I will give him credit for not sitting around in "VIP" as you seem to think.

So many negative ppl on this site... i feel bad actually.. i thought saturdat nite was really fun. Ferry Corsten was AMAZING!!!

Yeah, it was crowded. Yeah, it was really hot. But honestly, who didn't think it would be? I havent been in the scence that long and even I knew it would be rammed, and that i should get there early to avoid long lineups n stuff. I personally, would much rather be in a pcked club, than in an empty one, it adds to atmosphere. I think there are much bigger problems than the guv being crowded lol

The best shows ive seen have been at guv (except for tiesto @ the docks ), and for that im greatful. Saturday nite was a great nite @ the guv for me and my friends. Hopefully there'll much more like em @ guv

I agree with this. I was at Armin in Cleveland a couple weeks ago and there was basically noone there. The whole night I was just wishing I was at Guv. Thats why its the best club in North America.
