imho pho mi tu hai is disgusting not only in terms of food, but also in terms of sanitary standards... i dunno why anyone would go there... it should be taken off the recommended list on the front page...
personally, i think pho ba cao (SE corner of hurontario and dundas... look for the orange sign) is at least half decent if you MUST have a fix at some ungodly hour of the night....
best pho in mississauga is the golden turtle on confederation and central parkway.... soo good... don't be fooled by the copycat golden turtle at deer run plaza.
i'd also like to propose that pita & grill (eglinton & maingate) be added to the list. BEST shawarma in mississauga!
