1 - dunno
2 - on the left side of the building. i think on the first page of the roll call, theres a TA sign on the map
3 - Should be fairly present to direct traffic in the area, makin sure ur not driving messed up, and probably will check questionable people. On the site itself,....i dont think they will be around behind the fences/
