To be fair to the original OP, I've had my heart racing at very high BPMs before from smoking weed, but I think it had more to do with, as Jenny pointed out, the hyperventilating afterwards from breathing too damn deep and slow while inhaling. That didn't start happening until I got my vape, which I often smoked much slower and deeper from than a typical joint.

Also, while playing SC2 or COD4 while stoned in particularly tense moments, my heart would start to race because of adrenaline rush, and once I noticed, it would continue to race due to anxiety and fear from the experience.

when i used to smoke, i whited out a couple times.
everything went white, couldn't see, and things sounded really far away like i was in a tunnel.

freaked me the fuck out the two times it happened.

I've had a few minor anxiety attacks from smoking weed in the past, but never to the extreme where I needed to call the paramedics. I think the only time I ever been rocked hard by the herb was 3 years ago, when I was smoking some outdoor herb on a friend's homemade gravity bong. I remember sitting down on his couch, and then I could not fucking move for almost an hour. The entire room started spinning and I kept hearing children's voices in my head, mainly laughter.

I never knew TA was filled with a bunch of 13 year old girls. This thread is an embarrassment to this entire site.
