2008 has been a good year for Lovebirds, the solo project of Hamburg resident Sebastian ‘Basti’ Doering. A handful of excellent 12"releases on Winding Road, Freerange, Buzzin Fly and Glossy was received by the global deep house and neo-disco community with open arms. If you wanna find out why artists like Tom Middleton, Jimpster, Prins Thomas or Ashley Beedle are huge Lovebirds fans check this show from January 2008. It's Lovebirds stuff all the way...lots of it still unreleased. Nice one!

great, epic and fluffy music. funky, groovy, relaxing. with a touch of the 80's.
and, although its (imo) totally different from e.g. an Abadi set, or Shur-I-Kan, this totally fits in this topic.
