Which is why I dont mind events like LoL... I have no interest in going but I believe that they help attract new people to the scene which will only result in more growth.

I am more then happy to listen to local DJs spin the same tracks that the international DJs spin. For the most part the international DJs are just a name associated with a certain sound. I've said it several times that I don't think the majority of us could tell one DJ from the next if they all spun the same tracklist.

People want to say we are so lucky because we get all these DJs, have such variety and big events like LOL....if these are the criteria you are using for being lucky then no, we are not nearly as lucky as other major cities across the globe.

I think we're spoiled in Toronto because our LOCAL DJs are amazing...The international stuff is just icing (sometimes)
