Carte Blanche to kill an unarmed civilian when a friend dies...that sounds like a very sound judicial system. What happens when the Iraqi guy's best friend comes back and tries to shoot an american, who is armed? Does he get a pardon as well?

so the justice system screwed up twice....one has nothing to do with the other.

That being said....Stallworth made a bad decision to drive intoxicated one night....how many of us have driven when we shouldn't have? Vick made a conscious decision to kill and torture these animals...not just once but hundreds of times.
