I've only been able to go about 2 times a week, sometimes, if I'm lucky 3. It's bad, but I'm so busy with school it's not even funny. But after this week I'm hoping to get back to doing 3 or 4 times a week.

I am thankfully able to go about 4-5 times a week and have seen some nice improvements. I am not where I want to be yet, but I am trying to get in shape. not huge, just in shape. I think the super muscled look just isn't for me. Maybe the Tony Ja look, but nothing bigger.

I still go 4 days a week but my workouts have been cut short and I'm exhausted when I get there...eh just got back from the gym and now I'm eating cookies (fuckin eh)

TTT for a new workout to carry me through the New Year! Focusing on size for at least a few months.....maybe 220?

Funny you say that, I don't binge any more either. I quit smoking after 4 years (I'm now 1 month cancer-stick free) and have FINALLY joined a gym. Sucks because 2 weeks after joining the gym..I catch the flu, and now I'm set back a good 4 days from my workout routine.


I feel old, I'm disciplined and whatnot. Weird
