I am taking a Spanish class and I have to write out a little script and perform it to prove that I can speak relatively well.

All I have really learned thus far is a lot of verbs and how to conjugate them in different tenses. VERY beginner level, but I think I am doing pretty well

never take proper Spanish classes, not the way we learn English.
So even though we speak it, some worse than others, we don't know the rules and grammar.

this is something i'm trying to correct at my old age. the why.
