I know people that have everything from the T226 and T610 to the Z200 & Z600 even the really high end P910i, W550, and the new W810, and I know for a fact that everybody loves em.
If your looking for a new device, this is where I'd start. Now that being said, Nokia, LG, Samsung and many other companies put out great devices, I just prefer SE's products over any other. |
+1
It's funny how my phone that was released in march 2004 (k700i), still kicks ass of the phones being released today by other manufacturers in terms of features. Especially the fsking RAZR. The RAZR is a good phone, but terribly overpriced, and now everybody and their grandma has one.
BTW, Sharp phones are kickass too. I've been to the Japanese Vodaphone site, and all i can say is daaaaaamn.

Since this phone has 850 - it is a viable option for a GSM phone to operate on the Rogers/Fido network. This is a swanky piece of gear.
The only caution would be that Rogers/Fido does not provide technical support on phones they don't sell themselves.

Samsung D600
Elegant design, the latest slide-up technology and great high performance functions make the Samsung SGH-D600 a mobile phone par excellence. The wide range of business features like the e-mail client, quad-band technology or the document viewer enable seamless data transfer in all standard formats.

Since I do not like clam-shell phones - the SLVR is also a nice option for GSM networks (it has 850!).
