It truly is unfortunate. I have always been a fan, just heard Rank 1's set @ Clubbin (Slam FM) 7/8/06 which is great, and it would be nice to hear you guys live at a club.

I was thinking that since Club Metropolis in Miami is bringing Miami's very own trance legend Edgar V this Saturday 7/15/06, maybe there is a chance they would pick up the Rank l show for 7/22/06 if there is a good turnout this week and monetary issues can be worked out. While Metro may not be the best venue down here, it is open late (24 hour liquor license), has a good sized main room and system, and something tells me Rank 1 would do very well in that room. (much like Blank & Jones and Cosmic Gate did when they played there).

Oh well, one can dream.

That set from Clubbin' is AMAZING. So amazing in fact, there's no tracklist for it yet! And I posted earlier in the thread about Metropolis for Piet...it would defintely suit him well. A smaller venus than Space but I think it would be more doable than Space at this time.

I agree on all counts. If only someone could make this happen at Metro on the 22nd.

You know Club Space is bringing back Armin in September. And I believe both Armin and Rank 1's bookings are handled by the same company, David Lewis Productions (DLP). It would be great to see Space think outside the box and bring Rank 1 to play alongside Armin that night, which should be easy to set up, assuming they are both still with DLP.
