if they don't make it i will be pissed BUT i love playoff hockey! watching my team get distroyed in the first round isn't my idea of a good time. i think you are right about sabres and sharks making some trades, nashville made their big move so i expect the leagues' top teams to do some shuffling between now and 3:00pm EST on the 27th...

i know canucks won't be trading for any big names, i don't it's a good time to trade your prospects or draft picks if you can't move beyond the 2nd or 3rd rounds of the playoff. at this stage, i think any 16 teams that makes the playoff can win it all

It seems that promising finn Lauri Tukonen played complete 1 NHL-game! Hooray!

Anyone has seen Mikko Koivu playing? Stats seems to be pretty good.

Sopel is back in Canucks uniform once again, Nonis is doing a good job so far in where the Canucks need helps. Trade deadline tomrrow should be a good one.

Here's a huge one: Ryan Smyth to Islanders.

What the FUCK Edmonton? Wow...first that whiney cocksucker Pronger, now you let Smyth go too? Edmonton is now officially a "loser franchise". They have no ambition to win and their owner is a cheap fuck who is ALREADY whining about the cap going up a few million.

And my Habs do absolutely nothing on deadline day. I'm starting to wonder about Gainey...are his hands tied or what the hell?

I wouldn't jump with the conclusion here.

Apparently Smyth said that he was letting his agent do the talking and it was $25m for 5 years, no less.
Something tells me that Ryan is not coming back to EDM.

Def busy...Rangers didn't make moves many of us hoped to see and my Colorado Avalanche were pretty quiet. Billy Guerin to San Jose is pretty big but I really liked that Pittsburgh made moves to acquire some seasoned players and guys who will defend Sidney. So excited to see how that team comes together, I'll be at the Rangers vs Penguins game on Thursday
