I had a blast Ian's set was nuts I was especially happy when he dropped armed. I thought for the most part it was a good set on tiesto's part and the visuals were insane.

It was really funny I went to the bathroom and then I hear someone say " someone get a bouncer someone shit all over the floor"

Sorry to hear you guys had a bad night out. I jsut came back from his DC show today and I would have to say this was BY FAR his BEST performance. He played so fuckin hard...especially towards the end where he played nothing but tech trance. Ridiculous. My feet were hurting so bad that I couldn't make it in for Ferry.

Haha, I know what you mean. The crowd for Tiesto shows can be REALLY fucking dire (though to expect anything more is, at best, retardedly futile). Last night there was this group of about 4 Asian men who looked exactly the same wearing thin, low-cut v-neck hoodies intended for women and wearing Phantom of the Opera masks on the back of their heads (occasionally putting a cigarette in the mask's mouth). Coupled with their tight pants, inability to dance yet intention to make it noted that they attempt more often than they comfortably should, and you have one flagrant Asian gino gaggle that provided massive amounts of entertainment.

As for will call, I knew it'd suck. Which is why I ordered my ticket and had it delivered. You had to have known it was going to suck for will call at a massive show like that. Liquified can't provide the man-power to operate a will call line like that, nor could the Trade Center.

lmao i didn't know that a group of Gino's was known as a gaggle.

Great info!

A gaggle of Gino's. Classic!

Trust me, everyone is over-exaggerating with their complaints. The show was great. Yes, there was a long line. That is to be expected for 5000 people. I guessed the line was going to be one hour; it turned out to be about 30 minutes. Yes, there were lots of glow sticks there. There were lots of drugs there. I'm just wondering exactly what events you guys go to that you never see that. Yes there were gays there (disclaimer: I'm gay), but what you may not realize is that there were the exact same percentage of gay guys that are everywhere; it's just that last night there were, just more than usual, straight guys acting gay. And when people say "god now I'm def" what they mean is is that the sound system was fucking awesome.

Tiesto was good, it was epic trance and not too much of the cheesy "pop" trance stuff. There was plenty of room to both get up close with the energy and also to hang back and be able to dance comfortably. The sound was awesome. I know that everyone has their favorite show ever, and last night was probably not it, but don't please don't become so jaded that you can't enjoy what last night was. It was what it was: Fun, with a 30 minute wait to get in.

yeah, it's funny to read how some say it was horrible, tiesto sucked, etc. and other say how it was the best night of their lives... the difference of opinion.

i had a great time, and that's all that matters to ME. i would hope everyone else had a great time too, but that sucks if you didn't. it was everything i was expecting, minus the playing time.

ps. who cares how many gays were there... i can't believe that in 2007 people still talk about that stuff.
