Seriously, wait it out. You're going to kill your hair more if you do that, I guarantee it. And I don't want to say I told you so. :/
I don't even know how your hairdresser could agree to re-color it if it's fried! I would definitely ask her/him(?) what you can do to re-condition it...but the shitty thing about hair is that it's already dead anyways, and once it's damaged really badly, there's sort of no going back, only growing it out.
I really like that color on you too, btw.
Oh! You know what you can try?? This:

I used to use it to keep my hair red. It's a color glaze, and it doesn't have harsh chemicals. Honestly, I would just use this for a little while rather than re-coloring your hair. After a few rinses with this stuff, the red will come back.
There's another shade that'd prolly better for your hair:

yeah I was thinking I am gonna go during lunch and cut it short o get rid of all the dead part.
Let me explain on the fried part...I had blonde hair with highlights (that really is what fried it the worst) then I wanted to get rid of the blonde and with highlights I'm sure you know it doesn't work because no matter what highlights strip colors and w/e goes on top will come out lighter & only get lighter with washes...so the top of my hair till about mid length is pretty healthy, you can tell by how the color looks whereas the end is just horrible I mean brillo should be my middle name.
So I decided that today I'm going to cut it short & wait it out to dye it again because at least most of the dead part will be gone and it can begin to grow healthier.
Cutting the tips isn't sufficing anymore.
Thank you for the advice though, I need to really stop fuking with my hair before it falls out.
After it begins to look healthy I am going to dye it my natural brown and just leave it like that.
Red just washes out too fast but I will def. buy the John Frieda! I've heard good things about it everywhere.
