The FED is a separate entity, they buy US Treasury bills by creating fake credit in their banks and exchange it for real money. They then fuck everyone by charging interest on the money they stole in the first place and fudge the numbers showing less profits otherwise they get taxed because they are a private company.

The FED only exists to remove wealth from the economy.

california is in the shape it is today because it contributes more money to the federal government, per capita, than it receives in federal benefits (i.e., for every dollar of federal taxes paid by a californian, the state receives less than a dollar in return, meanwhile, most red states receive more than a dollar in return).
