Probably the bit where I said:

To repeat, when most girls fight there's no real physical damage at stake, it's mainly an emotional or symbolic event. Watching two people try to injure each other when they're incapable is pretty funny. Watching two people smash the fuck out of each other isn't so funny. Some girls can do genuine damage, some guys can't. I think this is a combination of genetic and social factors - boys are genetically taller, heavier, carry more muscle mass and feel less pain, and as such are better equipped to inflict serious damage. At the same time, I grew up in a world where it was okay to punch a boy in the face if you had a problem, but not a girl.
Girl fights aren't marginalised because they're seen as feminine. If a girl gets knocked out stone cold by one blow from another girl, do you really think everyone stands around laughing because it's a feminine activity?

unless they deserve it. I find nothing more awesome than someone who instigates a fight and promptly gets their ass handed to them. |
Oh yeah, definitely. I totally agree - a fight started by someone who can't fight is fucking hilarious, and they deserve everything they get. But when someone who knows how to fight kicks the shit out of an incompetent victim, that's not so much fun.
