Far as I know he owns it, but they went after him for 'trademark' infringements on the logos and stuff, it would seem Ferrari don't have a sense of humour about parody. However, he could have quite easily told them to sod off and they would have been powerless to do anything really, except for one thing:
Blacklist him from ever buying a Ferrari from a dealership ever again, which I think has happened to some people in the past. Or I guess they could go with the traditional Italian solution of beating him into bloody pulp, killing his pets and breaking his knees.

I just think its hilarious as A: He's a dud B: Ferrari is a bunch of douchebags and C: Both of them lose

LOL, but I can understand Ferrari was not amused. This was done by Ferrari USA, so not Europe I guess.
