yeah there are a lot of strict enforcements about driving and such.

Most aren't enforced too much but there are a couple you gotta watch out for.

It could distract you and cause an accident, or loosen up and hit you in the face... it's as dangerous as a rock hitting your windshield at full speed... therefore hitting a rock is illegal too, so if you have a crack on your windshiled, get it fixed quick or try to hide it...as for my part, my car is such a mess I could get a ticket just for that. In Illinois it is illegal to drive in weather conditions where you have to use your wipers and NOT have your headlights on.

More of a FYI for those of you planning on driving through Illinois....they will nab ya on that one if they see you have out of state plates

We have the same law here in Md., although I've never seen or heard of anyone getting pulled over or even ticketed for it. There are so many laws that the real problem lies in enforcing them all.
