I may not be a regular member of TA, but I have been on some boards for a very long time, also a regular MIRC chatter and so on.. Who Remembers #DANCEMP3 on EFNET (me=CutZ)??? Anyways being an old hand in all this, I can't figure out for the life of me why people feel obligated to attack anothers personality, integrity, opinion. Free speech and all, why must you feel obligated to find fault in someone elses opinion and attack there personlity as a valid way to make a point. If we were politicians you'd be cast out of the political arena for speaking in a vulgar way about another politician and his/her views. When you don't agree with someones opinions or there actions, you politely say, I dont think thats appropriate, and they reply in a civil manner, and thats it. YOu move on!! I can't believe people take forums and generally the internet seriously to the point where they feel obligated to reduce themselves to name calling, and petty finger pointing. You forget, some of the flaming is hurtful, no matter the fact that its not suppose to be taken seriously. This site wasn't made for this, it was made to create a community with just a few things in mind.. peace, love, unity, and respect! Its time to grow up kids! This goes out to all the flamers.
