Here are the comments (from PhiL):
DJ Commissad
A well crafted set with excellent build from the beginning. Initially
skillfully crafted but then fell apart in the transitions and harmonics due
to hardware problems. Could have been a real contender had things held
together.
DJ OrDep
An excellent dance floor pounder right from the get-go. Beautifully mixed
throughout, definitiely one to be proud of. The only problem was the energy
was right up there for the whole set. Truly great sets benefit greatly from
emotional ebb and flow throughout the set. This set flowed together really
well but lacked the ebb necessary to build the emotion and euphoria.
DJ Vujevic
A nicely crafted set overall but the first transition just didn't seem to
work however subsequent mixes were much improved and emotion built really
well as the mix proceeded. With further care in track selection Vujevic sets
hold great promise.
DJ Rocco
A softer start that builds nicely into a well structured set with pretty
good ebb and flow. A more relaxing set than other contenders make this one
really stand out.
El~Zapo
Excellent use of beat shifts help this mix standout. The music is a little
less trance conventional and laid back than is used by other mixers but the
effects are very pleasing.
Hydrobromide
Held together with a thumping bass line this set builds into a classic
trance style spurred on by an excellent cut into Beassi's satisfaction for
added bass effect. The set doesn't seem to hook the listener as well as it
should and you come away thinking, well that was cool but.........
MTG
A nicely crafted mix with ecellent flow and emotion throughout. Harmonics
and audio quality were it little off once or twice but overall a very clean
enjoyable mix.
Paranoik0
An excellent blend of progressive into banging Trance. clean nearly seamless
transitions. Plenty of emotion. overall, Truly well mixed!
VMC
Very Tasty more progressive / housey initially moving into some truly
excellent slices of very hot progressive trance. Generally fairly well mixed
but one or two transitions got a little muddy. but overall very enjoyable
and a nice break from many hours of judging banging trance.
