i think it ruined the track; mi.k.e.'s synths alone without solar factor's bass lines were pure class; this a bit on the cheezier unoriginal side.

Hell no. You synths give it more euphoric sounds whereas heavier basslines give it more of a underground feeling. More intensity and domination. Bliss on the decks!!
