i agree. most ppl quickly dismissed firefly as yet another space opera (ref: battlestar galactica ) but you can call it live action cowboy bebop if you will suprisingly good acting too!

Firefly is brilliant, i was watching 7 episodes a day when i first got the series, completely addicted! serenity the movie is pretty average :/

yeah, i was a bit disappointed in serenity as well. but it mustve been hard to write a stand-alone movie for fans & noobs at the same time.
i think all the episodes in the last half of firefly are up there with the best television ive ever seen. joss is a real talent imo.
