For those of you who decided to stay home (Myra & Rob) - I think you missed probably the best Midwestern TA party ever.

After we all partook in an amazing and phenomenal set by James Zabiela - Andy was kind enough to host us at his place for an all TA afterhours. The morning entertainment was provided by the deck skills of bobberto, andy and me. Somebody played Haddaway - What Is Love though (I won't name names). I left around 11 am or so.

Now everyone should fork over their pics and post them - I know there were a ton of good ones taken last night

Garth and Angela, it was awesome meeting you guys.

Seneca and Christen - thank you for everything that you guys did for the TA's. You guys helped make this a really great night for not only the locals, but for the folks who came out from beyond the cheese curtain, michigan and indiana

P.S. I was totally sick like a dog and I still came out like a trooper, so that "we're sick" excuse doesn't fly rob and myra

P.P.S. I appreciate your compliments on my mixing, andy (just need to stop drinking nyquil during sets) :P

I'll see you guys in milwaukee next week

sorry that this post is so disjointed, i still haven't slept since friday morning and probably wont get to till sunday evening. Now on to round 2 for tonight.

So Yuris, one of my friends was so fu ckin wasted and jealous i was in vip that he left the club early, subsequently he called me and my friends about 10 times each til two of my friends went out to check on him, they all couldnt get back in! Then a fourth friend went looking for me and he couldnt find anyone so he left the club and tried to walk back to my friend Sejal's apartment (on Wells about 8 blocks down).. he ended up walking on Ontario all the way to Lake Shore Drive til we could finally get him directions and then he walked all the way back at around 4 in the morning. I wanted to come to the afterparty but I had way too much to deal with at the time, glad you guys had fun. I swear I haven't had that much fun in like a year.

My friend Lara took a lot of pictures, we'll have to post them next week.

Yea, it wasn't the same without you guys (Myra/Rob)..........see you at Satoshi Tomiie.

Definitely agree with what has been said. Awesome night, tons of TAs out. Great to see so many of you local and otherwise (I won't even try and post all the names lol) and meet some new ones, although I never saw Christen or Juliet after I first arrived. Ouch, I had no idea - really sorry to hear that Garth. I'm glad that you had a lot of fun though - usually VIP isn't a problem, but this week they cracked down pretty hard on everyone - you saw the hassle that Christen had to go through

At least you got to see Zabiela's setup and how he spins - so i'm glad that we could at least get that arranged for you.

Well I've been up close to see him in action twice before, I was really up there to give him the Dalek tshirt then I returned to my spot in the front center. The vip wasnt a big deal, my friend was just absolutely trashed.. last time we were in Chicago (sander @ crobar) he passed out in the club and got escorted out and passed out under the car, so he's kinda got a history of this stuff :>

edit: Another thing, has anyone ever seen James NOT wearing a Tshirt before? Oh and yeah he now owns a tshirt I wore

oh i dont doubt it, i caught JZ/Sasha in LA last saturday and it was pretty much the best club night of my life. period. that includes seeing sasha & digweed.
