I wouldn't say "owned." Portugal played pretty damn well. Especially at the end. They just couldn't finish anything.

Italy has pretty much sucked this year, IMO. After getting out of group play, they had 1 game handed to them by a ref and the next game was against a team that wouldn't have even made it out of half of the other groups. Germany was the first time I've been remotely impressed, and even that game was full of diving. Oh, and the 2nd goal, I wouldn't really count that as too impressive. It was basically 1 on 1 with the goalie because Germany had their defense moved all the way up because they had to score. The first goal was well played, though.
