Oh, I know you were not speaking of an intersection, but you still need a north and south street to define the actual sketchy area. Those two streets do cover quite a bit of ground and not all of it is the crackhead area in TO. But as I also stated you neglected the area of Queen East that would have had the actual raver sketch (it would be further East than you stated). Hulla used to be at the Opera House on Queen East (near Broadview).
As far as knowing that area that well, I'm a Toronto local...you're a 905er correct? lol
In any case, I like funny jokes even if they poke fun at me. However, they should be correct in what they poke fun at.
I guess what I'm saying, I know lots of 'class clown' types that come up with much more clever jokes. It was a good try, just keep on working at it and remember to do your background research.
