Good points - however - it should be noted that even when you're being careful you could go overboard because you were not made aware of some key factors -- either the intensity of the substance(s) being consumed OR their reaction to others done prior.
This could either be attributed to ignorance and/or deciding to trust the wrong person.

In my 9 years partying i've probably only done 50-60, i would have done more if i actually had a job in highschool so in retrospect its a good thing i didn't. I've never done more than one in a night(unless it was garbage). I'm glad i didn't get too mashed otherwise i'd have sketchy memories to look back on.

Aside from that, no matter how hard we've tried in life, everyone has made mistakes where they've needed the help of at least another person to remedy the situation. I think that in general people seek to self maintain and be responsible (barring a psychotic few), but everyone slips up every now and again.

This friend of mine is fukkin crazy he would take like up to 3 pills in guv and den the whole time not drink water at all . Hes excuse would be like " Ohh I dont liek to carry a bottle of water wid me when im high and dancing " .He kind of killed my new years nite at guv because started having weird kidney pains .

If you think a person is in danger of going over their moderate levels, then you ought to speak to them privately, not shout out their supposed "drug problem." This is potentially embarassing, may make the situation worse, untrue, etc.....

Tiesto sux, drinking might have more negetive effects on the body, but X can realy play games with your head. You may begin to suffer from anexity disorders, or even severe depression. Most of those conditions are temporary and they go away once you stop usage... but some poeple say that it can take years for it to go away. Im sure you dont want to deal with that in your early 20s.
All chinamon is trying to do, is to give you a warning. Im sure he has been using for long enough and has the experiance to say that you are using 2 much. Make MDMA a lifelong positive experiance... not a lifelong problem.
I know sometimes you sort of fall into weekly use, but its important to snap out of it and take a good break. Once you take that break you will realise that moderation is the key to a life long MDMA experiance... Cuz if you dont stop on your own free will, you will be forces to stop and just wont be able to enjoy it after.

I'm not defending ecstacy at all...i said that drinking is just as bad...(well not an excessive amout of e)
It's obvious that moderation is key....
There is no warning to be given...like I said earlier, I have friends who can help me with that.

im sure you know all the side effects youself...
I guess pills react differently on everybody, while some might get depressed after 8 months of weekly usage or bi-weekly usage, others will not experiance any negetive effects.
