cant it also be used as a measurement of time since you are determining the distance by the speed of light..??

you just answered ur own question...

light year is a unit of length. This lenght being the distance that light travels in one year (julian year) .

a year is a unit of time. However when you say LIGHT year, you are referring to a distance that light can travel in one year.

I figure you are going to see an upscale Guv with bottle service and VIP...that seems to be the trend in Toronto....good by Guv...you once were a good place to party.
