I've never heard that before, in what book/chapter does it say an angel told Jesus he was god? What age was Jesus when he found out?

He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. And a voice from heaven said, "This is my Son, the Beloved, with whom I am well pleased" (Matthew 3:16-17).

As Jesus was coming up out of the water, he saw heaven being torn open and the Spirit descending on him like a dove. 11And a voice came from heaven: "You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased." (Mark 1:10)

When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying, heaven was opened and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: "You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased." (Luke 3:21-22)

John mentions that Jesus was babtized but doesn't really give much detail.

You'll note that the words "a voice came from heaven", in the original text (Mark and Luke essentially copied Matthew); Matthew used the hebrew words "Bath Kol" which means heavenly voice and is principly thought of as the voice of an angel or alternatively thought of as the echo of God's voice as the Hebrews believed God's voice could not be heard directly.

AN Egyptian Coptic Christian shot at his sister and her family, killing her husband, after she converted to Islam and married a Muslim, a security official said today.

Rami Atef Khella, 28, broke into the Cairo apartment of his sister, Miriam Atef Khella, and sprayed her family of three with gunfire, killing Ahmed Saleh and injuring Miriam and her daughter, the official said.

The official said Khella had been searching for his sister for about two years, after she left her home province with her Muslim husband and came to Cairo.

Police are searching for Khella and an uncle who accompanied him to his sister's home and fled the scene after the attack, the official said.

Egypt's Copts - the largest Christian community in the Middle East - account for an estimated six to 10 percent of the country's 80 million inhabitants and complain of systematic discrimination and harassment.

Last week, a Copt was shot dead when Muslims and Copts fought in a town in southern Egypt after a Muslim was accused of flirting with a Coptic girl.

On the other hand, I have noticed that because religions work as intellectual franchises (i.e. a particular religion tends to "sell" the same set of ideas regardless of the country), there's a lot of international marriages among members of the same church.

There was this Mormon girl I knew that first started dating some guy in Japan and, after they broke up, went to the US because she had found a new groom there. Yesterday, also, a student of mine told me her cousin had just got married to a Russian girl she met on the internet. They belonged to the same church and hit it off.
