Yes, I have not heard anything from them and have contacted them daily.

It's now been like 2 or 3 days since... Can you respond to my post please?

At this point people I am considering just filing a claim with my cc company which I purchased the tickets with. I'll give it a few more days. 2 Weeks should most certainly be enough time.

I think they have started processing them because I started getting emails from people this evening via venue driver telling me which shows they want to attend for free .
