Also, as far as race goes, do you think that Martin would have been acquitted of charges had he stood his ground and Zimmerman attacked him? Both had a legal right to be in that neighborhood, out on the streets. The question is who started the initial altercation. Everything points to Zimmerman, even by his own admission.

I don't want to focus on race though, thats a stupid move to make in the south. It is racist, especially Florida, and there is racial tension between Hispanics and blacks too. As a prosecutor it's dumb as fuck to try and play the race card down there. Where the fuck did they go to law school? Playing the race card was another grandstanding gesture by a prosecutor or the DA to get attention for themselves. It was a miscarriage of justice in my opinion and sometimes its a damn shame that you can't sue for bad state prosecutorial practice.
