I just had a random thought........

Tunes that came out around this time is not likely gonna be voted cuz people don't have enough time to dig it and like it to make it TOTY.................

Then when people start liking the track next year, it can't be counted cuz it is last year's track

I decide to vote for a new tune so they don't get left out.....
