well you have different experiences than i have. i always end up with something hurting after running a while. not good on the joints and to be frank when you have big breasts it's not comfortable to run so for those reasons plus my experience of running i don't do it. i would rather do ANYTHING than run.
as for spot weight loss, that's impossible. tredmill vs cycling you can compare overall but one form of cardio or another does not target one particular area of your body to drop extra weight.
