I'm so damn proud of the Ducks, they already beat my expectations by winning 2 games. Detroit really would've obviously had the first game if Giguere wasn't playing spectacularly, and Robataille was just an inch off from burying his rocket of a slapshot. The ducks are playing pretty impressively, especially with who their up against, and their defense was pretty solid in regulation, in overtime of course Detroit was just a damn powerhouse but Giguere proved he's got the skills. And hell, with a first line with so much scoring potential, I think they could go deep this year. Not all the way, but if they play the way it's been going they'll beat Detroit. Give Giguere a couple more years of experience and he'll be a damn monster in the net. That team has potential. I think I'm the only one in my state not rooting for the Avs though.

Without a doubt, I didn't turn on the game until the start of the 3rd period but I was still treated to the most exciting single period of action I've seen in a LONG time. I hope the oilers keep the series like this, I like to root for the underdogs.

I hate toronto. toronto FANS are suchs jerks(remembering last years ottawa vs toronto playoff) I hope philly start playing better and get rid of that damn team and their horrible fans. i don't wanna see any of them taking the hike up to ottawa to be such jerks on our home ice. anyway, what did they do in ottawa last year?

A leaf fan actually called my mom a stupid sens bitch after one of the games i couldn't beleive it. They were all over the place just shouting insult at everyone. Like i understand cheering for your team. but attacking the other team in their home town is just insane. I swear there was a few fights on the verge of breaking out outside the corel center after almost every game. Ive never seen such violence over hockey games. Even during the season its pretty bad. And its not just because we are close by. Montreal is even closer to us then toronto, and there are many Canadiens fan present during those games as well. But i've never seen fans yelling at each other like during that playoff series. It was just wrong

Yup, the Toronto Maple Leafs players, fans, media and staff are the worst ppl out there. They can all get wiped out and nobody else in Canada or the world would give a shit. And I really don't think of them as Canadians... they are losers who try to be American but suck too much. So arrogant for no reason, so whiny because they suck, just absolutely horrible. Everyone knows that if they make it past Philly, they won't go anywhere. Try to make it by Jersey, try to take out anyone from the West... just continue to whine about the refs not treating you fair and all that other crap that they are famous for bitching about.

season done. i have lost all faith in the canucks. no heart in their game whatsoever and why isn't brad may getting in the face of guys like tkachuk? it seems like the pests of st.louis (jackman, nash etc) are getting to bertuzzi while our pests (cooke, ruutu, may) aren't doing anything to their power forward. i would rather my team make the 8th seed every year and give the top seed a run for their money than to see an underacheiving 4th seeded team like them.
