it is definitely over used, just like the word "hate". both words are the at the extreme opposites of emotions, and both words should be used cautiously.

i think the use of the word love with regards to being in love with someone is after losing most of its meaning, like benfica88, i only said it to a girlfriend once when i was younger and it was a mistake, i havent said it since and wont til im 100% sure of wot i feel
