1st of all, let's not confuse the new president Bashar with his 'tyrant' father... he hasn't done anything bad to called a 'bad' president, better yet to be called a tyrant....
2nd, I don't think it's easy to quickly fix what his father has done over soo many years! The whole system is corrupt!

The troops are already next to Syria. It wouldn't make sense to pull them out, then bring them back again. My vote is for Syria. I wonder if he will actually do it.

The "WMD" argument for war doesn't hold much water in the Arab world. Does that mean that Arab countries cannot have chem/bio/nuke weapons while Israel has a huge stockpile of them??
