short answer..no

not on a home computer system

you will need a barrage of tech like equalizers and such

if you want an acapella some songs can have certain frequencies removed or dulled out then you can slap that sorta-pella on top of anothe rexisting heavier beat

but to get a pure acapella you are going to need to the original wav of aiff source
of teh song to do anythign really good
