I think steps to a proper world government will be our first steps to true civilisation. If we had a worldwide government war would occur very infrequently if at all. Plus, there could be realistic checks and balances preventing any one country having dominion over any of the others.

where was Koffi to stop the illegal war on Iraq ? he's a muppet he can go back and start a dictatorship in Ghana for himself.
