Okay, the intro sounds bad ass of course. Very pro, like. But the main synth melody kinda ruined it for me. Sounds like a Flute OSC, (Voice 1) mixed with a hard Saw (Voice2). The 2nd Voice works by itself, but the high frequencies of the melody kinda murder it. I think you should add something else, that isn't so harsh to the ears.
You said you were usin crappy speakers; well, I bet it was tough to tell what the sample sounded like; I can imagine you thought it sounded awesome with bad speakers, so it's not really your fault.
Pretty pro-like. I think the clap was, 'okay', nothing to go crazy over. But you didn't want the typical 'trance' clap that we always hear. Always cater to your style, and to whatever sounds good to you. Later. -Mental
