Easy, use what the pros use:
Technics 1200 M3D turntables (friggin great, but not much different than the MK2 [I've had both - currently have the M3Ds]).
Pioneer DJM-600 Mixer (or the DJM-500) - pretty much every club has this installed, unless the DJ requests otherwise. AvB used the DJM-600. Aria has the Allen & Heath rotary, but that is out of the question unless you like to urinate cash. I will buy the DJM-600 mixer when I get a few grand to do so. Currently I have a Vestax-175 and it works great, the 275 is better becuase the eq-cuts don't click, but who cares - just use the rotary eq control.
It's great to spend money on hot equipment, but really if you ever want to club DJ then learn to play on standard equipment (1200s, DJM-500s or V-275s). That way you'll be used to the gear and will be able to perform flawlessly.
Plus, the Technics turntables DO NOT depreciate very much. If you take care of them you'll sell them each for a $100 or $150 less than what you bought them for. You can't say that about a numark or vestax deck. Same goes with the DJM mixers, maybe $200 or $300 less than you bought it for.
