Well, if you want to call Coastermania exclusive ride time...
I hope no one here has visions of continuous Dragster rides, I can guarantee that this year the event will draw over 2000 people again and the lines will be much the same as they are during the day for the new ride, it's just that you have the opportunity to stand in line for hours with only coaster geeks as opposed to standard park patrons 
Granted, the longer amount of time at the park can be worth it, but not worth the cost of becoming a member of a coaster club just to hit this event, most have annual dues at a minimum of 10$ a year, with the big clubs, European Coaster Club and American Coaster Enthusiasts being more in the 50$ per year range...
If you want the shortest lines possible, and that goes for anyone heading to Sandusky, I recommend just going there in the middle of the week *this month*, once June hits the lines start to get out of control, and weekends are suicide at that park...
