Yeah well i loved 2000's stability but it was just too clunky for home users and a bit sad for games too. OpenGL ran a charm as in NT but the Direct3D API was a little slower then in 98/ME. But then MS never said it was a games OS did they? Yeah I'm pretty excited @ XP actually. The reviews so far have been pretty good which is nice and lets hope it doesn't turn into the buggy bloatware that's been pretty MS signature these days. No offence!!
Oooh I do love the support for transperancies and skinnable gui's too r nice but then i almost wonder if Ms is just a bit worried @ Mac OS x and don't want to appear to be too far behind Steve Jobs. ;-)
