It keeps me interested the whole way! Especially with the peak in the middle. Didn't sound one levelled to me. Oh well, we all have our own opinions.

I like what I've heard from Mauro Picotto. I have not seen the man live, he comes to toronto@the guvernment on July 1st, i cannot wait.

i absolutly love picotto... most of it anyway.. im also not too keen on komodo & proximus.. a bit pansy and teeny-bopper like.. but his work is sooooo diverse.. he goes from beautiful uplifting trance (CRW) thru to stompin hard bastard twisted stuff (Megamind with Piu).. not to mention the diversity of hat he makes under his own name... e.g. baguette, verdi, kebab, lizzard, iguana, pulsar etc etc all fuckin stompin tunes.. and very varied in style

as a DJ he is one of my most highly rated... the 6hr set he did recently at crasher blew my tits off.. he sent the place absolutly barmy and it was one of the best nights ive had ever

so basically, Mauro is cool as fuck

Picotto is a great DJ and a great producer...

GREAT! I Love Mauro Picotto, and I just wanted to see what everyone thought of him before I got beat up on here posting how I liked his set @ Shadow Lounge in Miami.
I have downloaded every set i can ever find (i even have all the rave and club videos that he spins at), and his sets have soooo much energy - i must have lost 10 lbs. at his show in Miami - you are just jumpin around all night. His sets all have the same tracks (like everyone has said about Paul Oakenfold), but with Picotto, who cares right? Those songs are bangin' so hard....
I also got to meet and hang out with him after the show, and he is very nice and gracious to his fans. I know a lot of DJ's get conceited and think they are the best. Picotto was very nice, however, and stayed after the event, and gave almost every single person there a photo and autograph. He even had free CD's he was handing out.
As a producer, i think one of his forte's is that he is so diverse. He will make anything, from hard progressive to uplifting trance. I like it all - Komodo, Proximus, to Baguette and Taub.
